Katrinelunden is an newly established silvopasture farm with gees and pigs. We assisted them with an assessment of their current practices and their inputs/outputs. Based on this we addressed key areas where inputs and outputs could be enhanced to improve profit, climate and environment. We furthermore analysed future scenarios in terms of their potential impact on profit, climate and environment to recommend best overall scenarios.
